Standing Pine Media is a web design and development studio based in Carthage, Mississippi. We build for businesses across the state, from asphalt contractors to churches to specialty manufacturers, and for clients outside Mississippi who found us and liked how we work. The location shapes the client list. It doesn't limit it.

Why "Standing Pine"

A standing pine holds its ground through weather that takes down everything around it. That's the standard we hold our work to: not just good-looking on launch day, but still earning its keep a year later. Most small-business websites get built once and then quietly rot. The form stops sending and nobody notices for a month. Nobody answers when something breaks. We built this agency to be the opposite of that.

No account managers, no outsourced dev team

When you work with Standing Pine Media, you work directly with the person designing and building your site. There's no layer of account managers relaying messages to an offshore dev team. That means fewer miscommunications, faster turnaround, and someone who actually knows your site when you call with a question six months after launch.

Where we're headed

A website used to be the whole deliverable. Point people at it, hope they call. That is not enough anymore, and it hasn't been for a while. The businesses winning right now are not the ones with the prettiest site. They're the ones who answer first, follow up without fail, and never let a lead go cold because somebody was out on a job.

So we build the site, and then we build the machine behind it. AI systems that answer every message in seconds, ask the questions you would ask, chase the people who went quiet, and put the next job in motion before you would have gotten to it. The site is the front door. The system is what happens after somebody walks through it.

We run these systems inside our own companies first. That's deliberate. It means we can tell you which parts genuinely work in a real business today and which parts are still sales pitch from people who've never installed one. How we get paid

Design and build work is a flat project fee, agreed before we start, so there are no surprise invoices partway through. After launch, most clients move to a monthly care plan covering hosting, updates, and content changes, and many add search work or AI systems on top of it.
